Kat is the Chief Executive Officer at Power to Pitch. She has won 22 of 23 pitch competitions to date and 6-figures worth of capital to fund her first company. Her first company was sold after six years from starting out of her college dorm. She has made four appearances on Good Morning America. Kat hosts pitch workshops and has amassed 7,200+ participants that have attended those workshops in addition to 350k+ views on her first pitch tips YouTube video posted by FedEx. The first book she contributed to - The Student Startup Guide - was featured by Techstars for her pitch tips.

Katie is the first partner in Power to Pitch, bringing the investor perspective to support Kat’s expert storytelling. She has 25 years of career experience focused on finance, due diligence, and strategy. Katie has made 17+ investments as an angel investor (and growing every day), 1 patent for the evaluation of real estate transactions, and $10 billion in commercial real estate loans originated, underwritten, closed, and asset managed. She has earned 3 scholarships and 2 internships for grad school where she graduated #1 in the entire business school.
